    - registration fee for New families: $20. Please note, a one time additional fee will be added for new families

    - 8 months & over by 09/01/10

* Infants under eight months attend free with older registered child

No refunds/credits will be given after Sept 20th, 2010

Semester Tuition Includes:

* 10 weekly 45 minute classes

* A Parent/caregiver Guide DVD - Helping your child grow musically - given to all new families

* Two CDs and an illustrated Songbook of the current song collection

* Parent Education to help parents enhance and understand their child's musical development

Warning: Participation in physical activity including dance, movement, and instrument play can result in injury. 

I understand that I waive any right to hold Liz McNicholl or anyone affiliated to Music Together

or Musical Folk responsible for any injuries or damage of property that might occur during class.  This waiver also

applies to anyone affiliated with classes held at The 1^st Presbyterian church of New Haven, located at 704 Whiteny Ave,

New Haven, CT, including the outdoorplayground at the church, Blend for Kids, located at 1020 Main Street, Branford, The JCC of New Haven, 360 Amity Road, Woodbridge, CT, The Unitarian Church, 700 Hartford Turnpike, Hamden, or the North Madison Congregational Church 1271 Durham Road, Madison, CT
